In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Participate in the full systems lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise financial applications and integrations
Take ownership of both day-to-day operational support and project delivery, acting as a technical lead when required
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions aligned with IT standards
Support compliance and regulatory initiatives
Provide effective written and oral communications with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
Work collaboratively with global development teams located in the US, Europe and APAC.
Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of IT, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 6 years of application or software development experience
Strong technical background with hands-on programming experience
Solid understanding of relational database systems (RDMBS) and data structures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
Good command of English, both written and verbal
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle EPM, Oracle PLSQL development, Integration platforms, or other ERP system exposure is considered a plus
Must be willing to work a minimum of 4 days a week on-site
