Your future team
Loom is on a mission to empower everyone at work to communicate more effectively, wherever they are. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build out our integrations within the Atlassian product suite, reaching millions of people inside the Loom and Atlassian products they already use. You will report to the Integration Lead.
What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of new features and systems with security, performance, and reliability in mind.
• Set technical direction, create tools, and develop systems which empower other engineers to amplify their impact and velocity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to influence product strategy and direction.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and mentor your teammates by sharing your expertise.

Your background

• 5+ years of industry experience working as a Full Stack Engineer with JavaScript/TypeScript and supporting libraries (ex. React, Node).
• Experience leading overall design and implementation of features and systems, involving collaboration with other engineers, product, and design.
• Enthusiasm for high-quality code that is documented and well-tested.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $176,200 - $234,900
Zone B: $158,600 - $211,500
Zone C: $146,300 - $195,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
