Primary Responsibilities:
  • Solution Architecture and Design
    • Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure services
    • Define technical standards and best practices for cloud-native development, microservices, and event-driven architectures
  • Cloud and AI Integration
    • Architect and implement intelligent solutions using AzureAI, AI Builder, and Azure Cognitive Services to deliver persona-driven experiences
    • Design and optimize data pipelines and analytics platforms using Azure Synapse and COSMOS DB
  • Full-Stack Development
    • Oversee development across the stack using JavaScript, C#, and SQL, ensuring maintainability and performance
    • Mentor junior developers in coding standards, design patterns, and modern development practices
  • DevOps and Automation
    • Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation using Azure DevOps, ensuring rapid and reliable deployments
    • Champion DevSecOps practices to embed security into every phase of the development lifecycle
  • Test Strategy and Quality Assurance
    • Define and implement automated testing strategies using AccelQ and other tools to ensure robust and reliable software delivery
    • Lead code reviews and enforce quality gates across the development lifecycle
  • Collaboration and Leadership
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end solutions
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • AI-Driven Development
    • Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and improve code quality
    • Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance system capabilities and user experiences
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization
    • Monitor application health and performance using Azure tools, and proactively address bottlenecks and reliability issues
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for production incidents
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Typically 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role
  • Technical Expertise
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps
    • Experience with AccelQ or similar test automation platforms
    • AI Builder experience
    • Deep understanding of Azure ecosystem including Azure Synapse, Azure Service Bus, AzureAI, and COSMOS DB
    • Solid grasp of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, with hands-on experience implementing secure and scalable solutions
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data modeling, querying, and performance tuning
    • Familiarity with AI Builder and persona-driven AI development
    • Proficient in using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding and productivity enhancement
  • Solid proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript, and .NET Core for full-stack development
  • Architecture & Design
    • Experience in building distributed systems and integrating event-driven components using Azure Service Bus
    • Proven ability to design and implement microservices-based architectures and cloud-native applications
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives
    • Proven solid collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product, QA, data science, and DevOps
    • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
