Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand low level requirements via PRD's(Product Requirement Document) and FSDs(Functional Specification Document)
- Design and implement software solutions
- Write, code review, and maintain high-quality code
- Participate in defects triaging and fixing
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in developing software projects primarily using Java as a programing language
- Good experience in Frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/ Aspect-Oriented Programming) and ORM as Hibernate
- Experience in working on AI technologies like: LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering
- Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and an inclination to do hands on coding
- SQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as Database
- Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Proven ability to develop High & low-level design
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing software products
- Experience in BRMS (Business Rule Management Systems) tools and technologies, especially with authoring of rules in DMN (Decision Model and Notation)
- Exposure to AWS cloud and React
- Knowledge of US healthcare domain
