We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II who is passionate about building intelligent, AI-powered digital experiences. This role combines strong Full Stack engineering expertise with the ability to leverage Generative AI, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and create innovative member experiences.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can design scalable solutions, drive technical excellence, and champion the adoption of AI-driven software development practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot), React.js/React Native, and AWS
- Build AI-powered experiences such as smart search, personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation
- Leverage GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and solution quality
- Apply Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development practices to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
- Mentor team members on modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices
- Drive quality through TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and responsible AI practices

Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech (Minimum 16 years of formal education)
- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack development
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, and Cloud-native architectures
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools
- Solid expertise in Java (Spring Boot), React.js/React Native, and AWS
- Solid background in software design, architecture, and Agile delivery
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI workflows, and GenAI-powered software development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, or similar GenAI platforms
- Experience building AI-driven applications, chatbots, smart forms, or recommendation engines
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless Architecture
- Knowledge of US Healthcare and Payment Integrity domain
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
