The HubSpot Reporting Group is responsible for building a world-class platform that allows customers to gain deep insight into their business data, and propel other HubSpot product teams forward. We have a highly visible impact on the continued growth of the entire HubSpot stack, including our Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations Hubs. The Reporting system is considered part of HubSpot's core building blocks for our entire platform.
The marketing-reporting team is focused on building a best-in-class customer journey and marketing reports for HubSpot products.

What you'll need:
- Experience with Java
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable backend systems
- Comfortable in performing effective code reviews for your peers
- Like the idea of working on a small, customer-driven development team of 3-5 engineers.
Cash compensation range: 186300-279500 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
