Primary Responsibilities:

- Platform Operations & Customer Support - Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the current platform, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues

- Cross-Functional Engagement - Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and execution strategies

- Ownership & Accountability - Take responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring high quality and timely execution

Required Qualifications:
We are looking for a technically proficient and motivated candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Cloud Platform Knowledge - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services)
- Kubernetes Expertise - Practical experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes clusters
- Awareness of DevOps Processes - Understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including automation, monitoring, and infrastructure as code
- CI/CD and GitHub Practices - Expect understanding of GitHub and experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and collaborative development workflows
- Exposure to AI/ML Technologies - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools, with hands-on experience in implementing or supporting machine learning workflows
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python - Solid programming skills with experience in developing scalable and maintainable systems
