- Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and continuously improve software
- Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible
- Guide and help the team adopt best engineering practices
- Support driving modern solutions to complex problems
- The complexity of this role can be challenging. We deal with huge amounts of data across our entire enterprise. Everything you work on will have implications that impact others. We'll provide the most up-to-date technology, but you'll need to provide creativity, critical thinking and clarity on an everyday basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience on production-grade systems
- Fullstack Java devleoper with 8+ years of experience in an agile environment with design, development, testing, documentation and deployment
- 5+ years of experience with one or more of Java, Springboot and proficiency in UI technologies like Angular, React
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working on a cloud platform (Azure, Databricks preferably)
- Qualifications: Experience working and collaborating with geographically distributed teams
- Hands on experience in creating design flows, UI mock, active engagement in team discussions
- Experience buildlng CI/CD pipeline and knowledge Github Action
- Solid skills in UI design pages, Angular, React hands on experience
- Proven expert in microservice-based development
- Proven ability to apply development best practices adhering to engineering principles by writing high quality, secure code that is modular, functional and testable
- Proven ability to support production deployment, system maintenance and operations of the applications, respond to incident tickets in a timely manner
- Proven ability to participate in GitHub PRs, peer designs, code, tests and automations, providing optimization and simplification recommendations
- Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Proven solid programming skills utilizing Java 11 and up Springboot Microservices, Rest APIs Solid programming skills in React, Postgres SQL, Oracle SQL Github/GitActions, Jenkins Cloud/Container Orchestration - Azure, OCI, Docker, Kubernetes
- Agile Tools - Rally, Confluence
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with either React or any other UI framework
- Knowledgeable in Healthcare Platform
