Primary Responsibilities:
- Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream
- Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications
- Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing
- Collectively responsible for end-to-end product quality
- Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies
- Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
- Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues
- Closely working with Tech Lead, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
- Independently drive some of the product and pillar level initiatives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience across multiple technology layers
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Agile teams
- Solid understanding of data/information security principles
- Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Technical Skills:
- Programming & Frameworks
- Python, Go, React
- DevOps & Automation
- Terraform (IaC), Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Redis
- CI/CD pipeline design and automation
- Build tools: Maven, Gradle
- Code quality & security: SonarQube, Fortify
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- 5+ years with Azure, AWS, or OpenShift
- Familiarity with serverless and cloud-managed infrastructure
- Databases & Data Engineering
- SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB
- Data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake
- ETL tools: Microsoft SSIS
- Data Quality Frameworks
- Monitoring & Performance
