Primary Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, QA, DevOps, and product teams in a scaled agile environment
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions for complex technical challenges and customer needs
- AI Integration: Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows, including LLM-based agents, prompt orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- AI Governance: Apply responsible AI practices, including security, compliance, and ethical guidelines
- Platform Development: Build reusable GenAI components, APIs, and SDKs for enterprise adoption
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers across levels, fostering technical growth and best practices
- Innovation: Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and strategies to improve organizational efficiency
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in software engineering
- 4+ years in technical leadership roles
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Expertise in distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native architectures
- CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools
- Proven solid programming in Java, Python, React
- Soft Skills:
- Proven excellent communication and leadership
- Proven ability to mentor and influence technical direction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure, AI/ML certifications
- Experience in healthcare domains
- Proven track record in AI-driven architecture and performance optimization
