Senior Software Engineer - AI

Job Brief
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to architect and implement the workflows, integrations, and systems that translate our AI solutions into large-scale, production-ready platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow & System Integration
  - Design and implement end-to-end workflows that integrate AI models into existing platforms.
  - Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to transition prototypes into high-availability production systems.
   
• Scalable Architecture & Infrastructure
  - Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and containerized solutions for seamless deployment and scaling.
  - Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments (AWS).
   
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  - Work with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics.
  - Present complex technical concepts, progress updates, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Education & Experience
  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  - 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a track record of architecting and scaling complex systems.
   
• Technical Proficiency
  - Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, and Java.
  - Microservices & APIs: Strong experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, and containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
  - Cloud & DevOps: Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and cloud platforms (AWS).
  - Data Integration & Workflow: Familiarity with data pipelines (Kafka) and experience connecting to various data sources.
   
• Soft Skills
  - Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with AI teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, including technical documentation.
   
• Nice-to-Have
  - Exposure to AI/ML concepts and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  - Experience with high-volume, real-time data processing.
