Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Devsinc is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer (Golang) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performance applications and services using the Golang programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Review and ensure code quality, adhering to established standards and best practices
• - Plan and manage development cycles, project priorities, and deadlines
• - Leverage expertise in Go programming to solve complex technical challenges
• - Foster collaboration within the team to encourage innovation and continuous improvement
• - Conduct validation checks to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of software solutions
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and system integration
• - Analyze team members' code and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality development

• - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• - At least 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on backend development
• - Demonstrated leadership ability, preferably with experience managing a team of software engineers
• - In-depth knowledge of the Go programming language and software development best practices
• - Strong problem-solving abilities and a capacity for critical and strategic thinking
• - Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and verbal
