Devsinc is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Golang) to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable applications using the Go programming language. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Golang.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop unit tests and conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Golang development.
- Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 years of experience using Golang.
- Strong knowledge of Go programming language and its ecosystem.
- Experience developing back-end services and APIs.
- Proficient in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
