Skills Required
- 3-6 years of experience with a B.E. or B.Tech. in Electronics or E&TC
- 0-3 years of experience with an M.E. or M.Tech. in Electronics or E&TC
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems
- Knowledge of microprocessor/microcontroller architecture and hardware fundamentals
- Knowledge of CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, and similar communication protocols
- Expertise in at least one software area such as RTOS, HMI, PC-based tools, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi
- Experience with UML/SysML modeling languages
- Strong verification, testing, and debugging skills
- Hands-on experience with software development and debugging tools
- Experience in requirements management or software requirements creation
- Product development experience in high-tech, automotive, consumer, or industrial domains
- Software quality assurance experience
- Experience with Lean PD, Agile, OPEX, Design for Safety/Reliability, or CMMI methodologies
