We're looking for Senior Software Engineer Full Stack to join Procore's Resource Planning Team within the Product & Technology Division. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing features, working on both the Node.js backend and the React frontend. A strong foundation in backend development is crucial, complemented by the ability to independently develop and implement frontend solutions.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to spearhead the development of new features and enhance existing ones. You will be a pivotal figure in shaping our team's technical culture, requiring a blend of robust technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.
This position reports to the Engineer Manager and will be based in our Bangalaru office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

Ensure rock-solid reliability by designing and executing rigorous test suites that guarantee exceptional code quality.

Be the guardian of system stability, proactively addressing incidents and implementing robust solutions to ensure seamless operation.
Lead the charge in optimizing our codebase by identifying and implementing strategic refactoring initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in building sophisticated web applications.
In-depth understanding of backend development principles and best practices.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Node.js.
Deep understanding of various database systems and their applications.
Proven experience working with PostgreSQL.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
Highly organized with a proven ability to work autonomously and self-directed.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
