Job summary
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Go or Java on the backend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.
What you will do
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces with React.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Go or Java.
- Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
What you will have
- 5+ years backend engineering (Java or Go)
- Strong data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems knowledge
- Proven system design experience (scalability, reliability, APIs)
- Experience with relational databases, caching, messaging (Kafka)
- CI/CD, automated testing (unit, integration), version control (Git)
- Observability: logging, metrics, tracing (e.g., New Relic, Splunk)
- Secure coding, performance tuning, and best practices mindset
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, service meshes
- Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure as code
- Event‑driven architecture and streaming patterns
- Experience with feature flags, blue/green or canary deployments
- Open-source contributions or technical blogging
