Title: Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Compensation: Base salary $140,000-$160,000 USD

Services include concepting, sourcing, design, packaging, merch collections, company stores, touchpoint gifting, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution.

Our proprietary technology gives clients instantaneous access to important information and tools, including real-time inventory data, on-demand fulfillment services via web and API, and a convenient 3rd party system integrations, such as Slack, Salesforce, Okta and more.
About this role:We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who is not only passionate about solving problems and building great products, but is enthusiastic about contributing to a highly collaborative team. On any given day we use Rails and React as well as AWS services and Brilliant internal tools. Our experienced engineers develop web-based apps and services and deploy code daily, so our customers can see the fruits of our work right away.
We collaborate with product and design leads in planning and delivery, and we’re firm believers that diverse teams are the strongest teams. We’re always seeking ways to improve how we deliver projects and help evolve our technologies to solve more data-intensive problems. At the end of the day: we support each other’s growth, encourage ownership, and love that people can see the impact of their own work.
Skills and Experience:- 5+ years experience developing consumer-facing web applications or services
- Programming fluency in Ruby, JavaScript, or equivalent general-purpose language
- Web framework experience with Rails or a similar full-stack framework
- Solid understanding of web technologies
- Experience with systems architecture
- Passion for building customer-centric products, and being hands on with improving how we work
