Position: Software Engineer (Full-Stack), Forward Deployed
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our AI platform team in a forward deployed capacity. In this role, you’ll work directly with our clients to build and deliver tailored, end-to-end AI solutions that solve real-world problems. This position combines software engineering with client-facing responsibilities, requiring both technical excellence and strong communication skills. You will develop and optimize scalable, high-performance web applications that integrate seamlessly with AI-driven back-end systems, enabling intelligent automation and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Forward Deployment: Collaborate directly with clients to understand workflows, gather requirements, and deliver custom full-stack solutions aligned with operational needs.
Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust front-end and back-end systems to support AI applications.
User Experience: Build intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.
Scalability: Develop scalable solutions to handle complex workflows and large-scale datasets.
Integration: Work with AI and data engineering teams to integrate machine learning models and APIs into production systems.
Optimization: Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability through best practices and continuous improvement.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code, and participate in code reviews.
Innovation: Leverage research insights and emerging technologies to drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered platforms.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask)
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with real-time data processing and visualization
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Background in integrating AI and machine learning models into applications
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and deployment automation
Salary Range
$140,000–$180,000, based on experience and qualifications
