We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack – Python, React, Azure) to help design, build, and scale modern, cloud‑native applications. In this role, you’ll work across our full stack—developing robust Python services, building React‑based user interfaces, and leveraging Azure to deliver secure, resilient solutions. You’ll also play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating across teams to solve complex business problems. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role with meaningful technical ownership and influence.

About the role:

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure APIs and services using Python.
  • Build and enhance React-based UIs for data-rich applications.
  • Design and implement Temporal workflows to automate business processes.
  • Contribute to cloud infrastructure design and implementation using Azure-native tooling and infrastructure-as-code templates.
  • Support containerized application deployment and troubleshooting in Kubernetes-based environments.
  • Mentor Associate Developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Data, and Architecture.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Take ownership of key components and advocate for best practices in code quality and architecture.
  • Support integration with Azure-hosted services (Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Storage, etc.).

Technologies You'll Use

  • Backend: Python (FastAPI or similar), Temporal
  • Frontend: React (TypeScript or JavaScript)
  • Cloud: Azure (Container Apps, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Managed Identity)
  • Infrastructure as Code: ARM templates, Bicep, and/or Terraform
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps Boards, Git, Docker, YAML, CI/CD workflows

What you will need:

  • 2 years of relevant experience required, 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (React). · Experience integrating with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including deploying and supporting cloud infrastructure preferred
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform) preferred
  • Experience integrating with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) preferred
  • Solid understanding of APIs, containerized services, and distributed systems preferred/
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM methodology, sprint planning, and story estimation preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred.
