Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
- Develop high-quality full-stack applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET (C# and VB.NET), and MVC 4 and above
- Build, integrate, and implement AI/ML models and solutions into production software using Python and specialized frameworks
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate engineering tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Design and optimize database structures and data access layers using SQL Server and Entity Framework
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver scalable software solutions and contribute to product roadmaps
- Develop and maintain robust Web APIs to support integration across platforms
- Ensure application quality and front-end performance using jQuery, CSS, and modern debugging techniques
- Evaluate emerging trends in cloud and AI/ML to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Implement DevOps practices to ensure efficient deployment and operational stability within cloud environments
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically with full-stack .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC)
- 1+ years of experience building, integrating, or implementing AI/ML models within software applications
- Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework for complex data management
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Python for software development or AI-related implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and deploying scalable applications in a cloud environment
- Experience utilizing DevOps tools and pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Familiarity with .NET Core and modernizing legacy applications (e.g., migrating from VB.NET to C#)
- Solid proficiency in front-end technologies including jQuery and CSS
- Proven ability to automate common tasks to drive organizational efficiency and scale
