- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and frontend applications for TRG Screen products.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
- Develop backend services using Java and microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript, converting UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive interfaces.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs (RESTful services).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues across the stack.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, coding standards, and reusable components.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, QA, UX designers, and other stakeholders.
- Produce technical documentation such as design specifications, release notes, and runbooks.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the team.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular).
- Strong experience developing enterprise-grade backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, and modern UI development practices.
- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
- Understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across frontend and backend.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and participate in design discussions.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
- Familiarity with financial services or research technology domains.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Mentorship experience—guiding junior engineers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
