About the role
We are hiring an exceptional Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in our team. At Plenful, we believe the Engineering-Product-Design (EPD) triangle is essential to our product’s success. As a Front End Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to own critical features and drive engineering efforts as we scale our platform.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and development of complex full-stack features that align with product requirements and user experience goals
- Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to elevate code quality across the engineering team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure work meets the needs of our customers and prospects
- Author technical specifications, PRDs, and design documents, driving alignment on architecture and implementation approaches
- Mentor and support junior engineers, sharing best practices in front-end development
- 5+ years of full-time B2B SaaS engineering experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in React and Typescript.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Python, Node, or similar backend language
- Strong communication skills and a passion for user-centered design.
- Experience with Figma, Design Systems, Python, and modern API frameworks like FastAPI
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
