What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join our Accounts Receivable team in EPD and help us deliver exceptional user experiences through our client-facing applications.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, and wants to take a hands-on role in driving innovation and shaping our platform's user interface.

This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Brazil, and it is fully remote.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute on frontend feature development and user interface improvements from planning to delivery.

  • Work closely with the design team to translate mockups into responsive, accessible user interfaces.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, intuitive solutions that meet product requirements and design specifications.

  • Take ownership of complex tasks and provide technical expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind and modern frontend technologies.

  • Propose and lead improvements and help establish best practices, coding standards, and development workflows for frontend development.

  • Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge about frontend technologies and fostering growth within the engineering team.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend software development.

  • Strong skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js), TypeScript, HTML5, Tailwind, and responsive design principles.

  • Proven experience in building scalable applications with a focus on performance optimization and user experience.

  • Curiosity and interest in implementing small features in the backend.

  • Solid knowledge or experience with GraphQL.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex frontend challenges and drive projects independently.

  • Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience in FinTech, payments, or SaaS environments.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and component-driven development.

  • Track record of mentoring junior developers or leading frontend initiatives.

  • Experience working with global teams in a distributed environment.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-impact environments with agile methodologies.

What We Offer

Compensation: The total compensation range for this role is $72,000 - $90,000 USD/year, plus equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, education/training.
