- Work closely with Product, Design, and QA to build, iterate on, and launch frontend features and interfaces.
- Architect and maintain highly usable, reliable frontend systems that serve a growing user base.
- Apply engineering best practices including automated testing, code reviews, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Design simple, intuitive experiences that make complex workflows feel seamless to users.
- Contribute to collaborative planning, retrospectives, and product discussions.
- Seek diverse feedback to improve your work and elevate the experience for our users.
- Take ownership of delivering impactful features that support studio partners and customers.
- Senior-level experience developing large-scale, user-facing web applications.
- Skilled in frontend architecture and experienced with designing services that scale.
- Familiar with microservice architectures and building integrations between frontend and backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile processes, and common design patterns.
- Able to evaluate new features for impact and identify risks early.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in cross-functional environments.
