The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our team in expanding and improving our Engagement Channel solutions. We are a group of peers with high levels of trust and respect who collaborate closely to build the best software we can, given the constraints we have. Tech stack: Java 8, Python, Spring, RESTful webservices, ActiveMQ/Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, API, Oracle, Postgres, NoSQL DB, PL/SQL, JMeter, Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Git, Docker/Containerization, JS and React based frameworks.

The skills you will bring:
Ideally, 6+ years of front-end development experience.
You have experience with JS, React framework.
Problem solving is a strength of yours. You bring the ability to interpret data and business strategy, understanding constraints and trade-offs.
You have experience in mentoring other team members about best practices, latest updates and version, and fostering consistent coding styles and guidelines
You have helped introduce new dev/test/automation frameworks, languages, tools and have drove adoption where suitable
Experience of Java RESTful as an API design is advantageous.
You have a proven ability to build systems that scale reliably without intervention, taking into account the trade-offs between things like scalability, efficiency, and security
Achievements:
You have lead system level designs that serve as definitive examples for other engineers
You have proven to be capable in delivering quality solutions in a fast-moving business environment
You have collaborated openly on shared items of work and communicated well in a team-oriented environment across locations.
You have demonstrated a growth mindset with a continuous focus on improving yourself and the way work gets done within your sphere of influence.
