What you'll be doing:

  • Crafting groundbreaking techniques for decision intelligence.

  • Deliver rapid iterations of software based on user feedback by collaborating with software engineers, internal and external researchers, and diverse internal product teams.

  • Build intelligent architectures for accelerated decision systems

  • Actively drive the adoption of frameworks, standards, and new technologies. Including by publishing your original research and speaking at conferences.

What we need to see:

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.

  • Consistent record in architecting and implementing systems for mathematical optimization, genAI and high performance computing

  • Curiosity about developer-focused, high-paced environment.

  • Highly motivated, and curious about new technologies. You take pride in your work, strive to achieve outstanding results, and possess excellent communication and planning skills.

  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams. Coordinates effectively across organizations and geographies.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
