We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Data Department, someone with strong backend engineering skills and a passion for building the services and infrastructure that power data workflows and bring machine learning models into production. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning and business automation, helping turn insights and models into reliable, scalable systems used across Fever.
What you'll do- Build and maintain backend services and data pipelines that enable ML models and automations to run reliably at scale
- Design robust systems to automate business processes and make them available through APIs or event-based architectures.
- Translate complex business and analytical needs into technical solutions that create leverage across CRM, Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams.
- Own your services end-to-end, from architecture to deployment and monitoring, applying strong engineering discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, Machine Learning and Data Engineering to ensure smooth integration of data sources and model infrastructure.
- Strong backend engineering foundations and a passion for writing high-quality Python code.
- Solid understanding of OOP, software architecture patterns (clean architecture, hexagonal), and design principles.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar).
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment workflows (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Comfortable communicating in English in a cross-functional technical environment.
- Pragmatic mindset — you balance technical quality with business impact and speed of delivery.
- Familiarity with APIs from major marketing or CRM platforms (Meta, Google, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Frontend knowledge (React, Vue, or any modern framework), even if not your main focus.
- Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS...) or similar cloud environments.
- Exposure to orchestration tools like Airflow or similar schedulers.
- Experience building data or ML-powered internal services or automation platforms.
- Fast-paced, impact-oriented, and tech-driven team working closely with Data Science and Data Engineering.
- We value clean, maintainable code and long-term engineering excellence over quick fixes.
- Strong culture of ownership — engineers ship services end-to-end and see their work adopted across multiple teams.
- Close collaboration between product, engineering, and data functions to turn ideas and models into user-facing capabilities.
