Senior Software Engineer - CRM

As a Senior Software Engineer CRM Developer in our Customer Success Development team, you'll be pivotal in customizing and enhancing our CRM systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize your deep knowledge in Development/Configuration, solutions evaluation, Validation, and deployment.

• Bring experience in development and integration across platforms and Service.

• Engage in tasks such as customizing entities, developing plug-ins and workflows, developing JavaScript, and configuring security settings.

• Ensure design requirements align with critical success and customer needs.

• Provide technical guidance to the development team.

• Collaborate with business process leads to translate business visions and problems into technical solutions.

• Have practical experience in all SDLC phases, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, integration, maintenance, and quality assurance.

• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and foster a shared vision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors education in Computer Science or a STEM-based degree.

• Have 3-5 years of hands-on full stack development experience.

• Have 2-3 years of experience as a CRM developer, Dynamics 365 would be preferred.

• Have an expertise in C#, .NET framework, and JavaScript.

• Have Workflow Management experience.

• Having Scrum AGILE Certification will be a plus.

• Ability to work in hybrid timings.
