About Glia

Glia is the #1 Banking AI platform, empowering community and regional financial institutions to create efficiencies, accelerate loan growth, drive deposits, and deliver experiences that win against megabanks and fintechs.

Glia's Banking AI Operating System is a central intelligence layer on top of existing tech stacks, activating an AI workforce of specialized agents that draw from banking data, interaction history, and integrated systems of record. These banking-trained agents automate workflows across voice and digital–from front office to back office–resulting in decreased operational costs and the Universal Banker model.

Trusted by 700+ banks and credit unions for its ironclad security and reliability, Glia delivers the industry’s first contractual no-hallucination guarantee. It’s why Glia customers quickly and confidently put Banking AI to work with measurable results from day one. More information about Glia can be found at glia.com.

The Mission and The Work

Team DevX stands for Developer Acceleration and our goal is to provide reliable, easy-to-use tools and knowledge to accelerate developer productivity and satisfaction and empower teams to deliver value fast without breaking things.

We’re a peer-led team working closely with engineering across the company. Everyone contributes to the roadmap, shaping solutions that directly improve the developer experience. With us you get an opportunity to:

  • Shape the architecture and design of our CI/CD platform, helping evolve it from a monolith into a modern, modular system that is reliable and easy for developers to use.

  • Act as a hands-on senior contributor, turning ideas into deliverable solutions, improving engineering efficiency, and driving roadmap decisions through developer insights.

  • Build and refine developer-facing tools and APIs (from pipeline modules to standardized tooling), ensuring they are reliable, secure, and easy to use.

Our Collaboration Model

We are a remote-first team distributed across Poland, Estonia, and Canada, working across EET and EST timezones. While we embrace remote collaboration, we have offices in Tallinn and Tartu for those who prefer them. We also gather the full team in Estonia twice a year to innovate and connect in person.

Our tech stack

  • Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Istio, APISIX

  • Persistence: Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS

  • Cache: Amazon ElastiCache for Redis

  • Event Streaming: Apache Kafka

  • Message Broker: RabbitMQ

  • Monitoring: DataDog

  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions

  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible

  • Programming Languages: Golang, Python, Elixir, Ruby.

What We’re Looking For

  • System Design: Strong experience in building and maintaining reliable and highly available systems.

  • Infrastructure Background: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), running containerised applications (e.g., Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD platforms (e.g., Github Actions, Gitlab CI).

  • Linux/Unix & Infrastructure-as-Code: Comfortable with Linux/Unix and a strong advocate of Infrastructure-as-Code.

  • Coding: Experience in coding that extends beyond scripting (Go/Elixir/Ruby is a plus).

  • Project Ownership: Proven ability to lead complex projects across teams, taking initiative and driving them forward independently.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, building trust with engineers, and understanding their challenges to improve their experience.
