Job Description
We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of innovative web applications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using both front-end and back-end technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of our technology stack, evaluating and adopting new tools and frameworks.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns and best practices for scalable and maintainable systems.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
- Proficiency in back-end development using C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data modeling.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end applications.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building high-quality and innovative web applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Experience with microservice architectures.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
