What you’ll be building (and shaping):
- Review code, mentor less experienced developers, and promote clean coding standards
- Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, and SREs to deliver features on time
- Help improve our development processes through automation, CI/CD, and modern DevSecOps practices
- Join system design and architecture discussions, especially in the AI domain
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to keep them stable and reliable
- Stay up to date with the latest tech trends — and help others grow too
- Share knowledge across teams and collaborate to solve technical challenges
- Explore and test different solutions for complex engineering problems
- Estimate effort and break down features into manageable tasks
What makes you a great fit:
- 2+ years in a senior software engineering role
- Solid experience with C#, .NET Core, and building REST APIs
- Experience with test automation (unit, integration tests, etc.)
- Hands-on experience building cloud services (Azure or AWS)
- Previous work in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
- Some knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is a nice plus
- You enjoy solving problems and can communicate clearly
- You’re open to change and like trying new approaches and tools
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with DevOps pipelines
- Experience with Cloud Operations (monitoring, observability, logging)
- Experience with modern frontend development frameworks (e.g. Vue, React, Angular)
