About the team 

The Retail Payment product is a comprehensive solution designed to facilitate various types of financial transactions. This product is highly versatile, offering both a web interface and Web Services, allowing financial institutions to either use the provided interface or build their own UI leveraging the Web services.

Retail Payment product has various types of products, including BillPay, P2P (Peer-to-Peer), A2A (External Transfers) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) for end users.

What you will be doing

• Knowledge of FIS products and services; in-depth knowledge of products and services in assigned line(s) of business

• Knowledge of financial services industry

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.

• Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry , e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma

• Knowledge of banking practices, regulations and operations within assigned line(s) of business

• In-depth understanding of design patterns and their application

• Fluency in developing and understanding sequence diagrams, class models, etc.

• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills

What you bring

• Strong experience in design and development of C++, C#, based applications

• Experience on working with Frameworks like .Net Framework 4.8 and Dot Net Core 8, Multithreading, SOLID principles of OOPs using common design patterns.

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL

• Hands-on experience in developing Windows services,  (SOAP/REST), JSON

• Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle databases

• Experience required in managing and deploying applications to Windows servers as Windows Services, Batch Scripts, IIS, FTPS

• Working experience required in source control management tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Artifactory

• Experience with build tools such as Jenkins, Ansibe

• Design, develop, test and deliver high quality software/solutions.

• Working Knowledge/Experience on Github Copilot
