Skill Requirements & Responsibilities
- Must be highly proficient in AI-assisted coding. Fluency with AI tools such as Cline, Cursor, or similar is expected as part of a modern engineering workflow. They should be able to use these tools effectively, write good prompts, and guide the AI in a smart and responsible manner to produce high-quality, maintainable code.
- Experience- 8-15 yrs
- Own end-to-end responsibility of platform/feature development – right from the requirement to release
- Produce bug-free and production-grade code
- Modular application development for multiple servers and clients
- Work with a performance-oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments
- Learn to design the system for high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- SKILL REQUIREMENTS Must Have:Very good analytical, design, and coding skills
- Desire to continue coding and ok working as an individual contributor or in a team as per requirements
- Not looking for managerial or even techno-managerial roles.
- Willing to switch to the backend Node/JavaScript stack
- Ok with some overlap with US hours whenever required
- Based out of Bangalore or ready to relocate to Bangalore
- Nice to have:Integration experience
- WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience of working in a fast paced startup environment where speed of delivery is balanced with quality of shipments
- Having experience in providing innovative solutions and using best practices to build cutting edge solutions as per business needs
- Working in product led development
