We have great news! We are seeking a talented and passionate Backend Developer to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for building modern banking application using Rust C++. You will be collaborating closely with designers, frontend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN OUR SW TEAM? 

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining agent software running on Windows systems

  • Writing new components primarily in Rust, and maintaining legacy components in C++

  • Collaborating with remote teams to ensure smooth integration

  • Participating in an agile development process, including planning, code reviews, and continuous integration

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

 

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

  • Strong proficiency in Rust, C++, or both

  • Strong OOP Skills and understanding of basic software engineering principles

  • At least 2 years of experience developing production grade software

  • Solid understanding of Windows programming, including system APIs

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT)

  • Good English (both written and verbal), especially in cross-cultural collaboration
