Responsibilities :
- Design and develop cloud-based backend services responsible for configuration, provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management of network switches and Wi‑Fi access points.
- Build scalable and secure REST and gRPC APIs using Python and/or Go to enable device onboarding, policy management, telemetry ingestion, and cloud orchestration.
- Implement backend workflows for device configuration management, firmware upgrades, policy rollout, and real‑time state synchronization between cloud and network devices.
- Develop cloud‑native microservices ensuring high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and performance across globally distributed deployments.
- Collaborate with frontend, platform, networking, and QA teams to deliver reliable end‑to‑end cloud‑managed networking solutions.
Requirements :
- Strong backend development experience using Python and/or Go, including designing and maintaining REST/gRPC‑based service architectures.
- Experience building cloud‑native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with network device management systems, including switches, Wi‑Fi access points, or cloud‑managed networking platforms.
- Solid experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), distributed data stores, and large‑scale telemetry, metrics, and event processing systems.
- Working knowledge of networking and security fundamentals, including certificates, encryption, authentication, and firewall/UTM concepts.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- Frontend development experience using Vue.js, with familiarity in React or React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Exposure to Wi‑Fi Network Manager systems, controller‑less or cloud‑managed architectures.
- Familiarity with Wi‑Fi planning tools, visualization frameworks, or Java + JSP‑based UI components.
