Job DescriptionYou will report to Software Team Manager.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions including AI agents, RAG systems, MCP servers, tool integrations, and cloud-native backend services.
- Develop robust agentic systems with effective approaches to tool usage, memory management, context handling, orchestration, reliability, and safety.
- Integrate Large Language Models into production environments while balancing quality, latency, cost, scalability, and observability.
- Design and implement evaluation, testing, and monitoring frameworks to improve AI system performance and reliability.
- Build cloud-native backend services supporting AI applications and agent workflows.
- Drive technical design and implementation decisions within your area of ownership, ensuring maintainable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java and experience using Python for AI, automation, or data-processing workloads.
- Experience building and operating production-grade AI applications using Large Language Models.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, tool calling, function calling, multi-step orchestration, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with AI frameworks and platforms such as Spring AI, LangChain, or similar.
- Experience with prompt engineering, prompt versioning, memory strategies, tool orchestration, and AI system reliability.
- Experience integrating and working with leading LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar.
- Expertise in Java backend development, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience designing evaluation strategies, testing approaches, and quality measurements for non-deterministic AI systems.
