Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML

Devsinc is on the lookout for a motivated and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML to drive our artificial intelligence initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building AI and machine learning applications, capable of developing scalable solutions, and integrating advanced models into various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and models that solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.
• Conduct analysis and experimentation with data to validate model performance and ensure quality outcomes.
• Lead technical discussions and mentorship sessions to advance the team's understanding of AI/ML practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document and communicate projects and methodologies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in programming languages, especially Python, and familiar with libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
