As an engineer within People.AI’s Application group you will be tasked with bringing People.AI custom-captured data to life through views and workflows that give reps, managers, and sales leaders superpowers. Our goal is to surface insights for these personas when and where they need them so they can take action and improve their sales outcomes. Amongst other media, you will help build first class web applications, embeddable experiences that work seamless in other partner environments, Chrome extensions, and more.

As an engineer atPeople.ai, you'll be a part of a highly independent and autonomous team. You will work with a modern web stack and a wide variety of technologies and user experiences that push the boundaries of what traditional sales personnel can do with their sales data.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate within the team and with other engineering teams to build new features and products according to business needs.
Document design choices and operational knowledge to successfully deploy and run workflows (and any supporting services)
Provide appropriate test coverage, unit and integration testing, with focus on performance, readability and maintainability for your feature ownership areas.
Follow software design and development best practices and promote such practices in the team.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience working with modern web stack (Typescript, React, etc)
Experience with data analysis is a plus
Experience with LLMs is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a closely related discipline
