Python Developer with AWS

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing requirements, and continuously learns new technologies.

•    Design and develop cloud-hosted web applications tailored for the insurance and reinsurance industries, covering everything from high-level architecture and network infrastructure to detailed site layout, user experience, database schema, and data workflows.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to build functional, scalable, and responsive front-end interfaces based on static mockups and wireframes using HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
•    Enhance and maintain existing SaaS applications by delivering continuous improvements and providing ongoing support.
•    Develop RESTful APIs and implement associated business logic to support application functionality.
•    Create and execute UI automation tests alongside active development responsibilities to ensure reliability and quality.
•    Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot issues effectively by leveraging strong problem-solving and debugging abilities. 
•    Leverage AI to accelerate and improve the software development process while delivering AI-powered features and capabilities within the product.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing commercial-grade or enterprise software solutions.
•    Proven 4-5 years experience as a Python Full Stack Developer with demonstrated experience in developing, deploying, and supporting SaaS products on cloud platforms.
•    Strong proficiency in Python fundamentals and extensive experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI.
•    Solid experience with front-end technologies including Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap.
•    Expertise in database management with SQL and NoSQL systems and working knowledge of version control systems like Git.
•    Deep understanding of RESTful API development and integration is a plus. 
•    Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform is a plus.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
