The Role
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Laravel or Python
- Build and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with teams to implement new features and enhance existing ones
- Stay updated on AI trends and integrate relevant tools into projects
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues promptly
- Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and workflows in dynamic environments
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews and adherence to best practices
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development
- Expertise in Laravel, Python
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including algorithms and data structures
- Strong expertise with relational and non-relational databases PgSQL, MongoDB
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and micro services architecture
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different work environments
- Awareness of AI tools and the ability to apply them to projects
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with CI/CD and Testing tools
Preferred Skills
- Experienced with back end technologies specially in Laravel & Python
- Knowledge of Devops practices and tools (CI/CD)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Exposure to AI based tools.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
