One of Pushpay's focus, specially over the next 12 - 18 months, is to further enhance our Products, by making both big and small improvements to customer experience. To do this, multiple teams come together, including Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, SREs, UX, Delivery leads and more. To ensure we are optimised for the technical expertise we need, we are hiring for some highly impactful Senior Engineers! 

We are looking for folks who have a genuine passion for designing and building high-level systems, mentoring team members, and enjoy challenging themselves to be better! If you enjoy solving complex problems, diving into the 'why' and figuring out the 'how', we will keep you engaged and charged to learn, grow, and expand your expertise!

About the Role

You’ll be doing more than just coding—you’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Analysts, and Engineering peers to create an engaging product experience that connects millions globally. This role has high growth opportunities, including expanding responsibility in leading engineering teams. Therefore, adaptability and eagerness to learn are essential qualities we're after.  

As well as being surrounded by other dedicated and talented software engineers and teams, we aim to provide an environment that promotes open discussion to solving complex problems, and encourages engineers to learn new technologies and techniques.

What we would like to see: 

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in .NET/C#
• Experience in architecture, design, creation and delivery of solutions
• Familiarity with both API web service design and API client consumption
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices and tooling
• A pragmatic approach to delivering modular, scalable code
• Have a personal commitment to continuously learn and improve
