Position Summary
Designs, develops, and implements digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including enterprise application development, integration, and support.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform delivery experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) across analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior/lead Power Platform developer within an enterprise Automation or Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Builder.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered and agentic automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI capabilities, and Azure AI services.
- Strong experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
- Experience with Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and custom connectors.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, development, system testing, and deployment.
- Strong technical experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale low-code/no-code solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, Dataverse architecture, governance, security roles, and environment management.
- Experience developing and consuming custom APIs and Azure Functions.
- Experience leading projects end-to-end, including UAT, production deployment, and hypercare support.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand complex business requirements, define scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Proficient in analyzing complex enterprise applications, data structures, and system integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI integrations.
- Experience implementing enterprise Power Platform governance, security, licensing optimization, and CoE Starter Kit.
- Experience building Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, solution management, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, REST/SOA services, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, data analytics, and process mining tools.
- Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Fabric, or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Experience with Power Platform administration, tenant management, environment strategy, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Retail Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Health Insurance industry experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $166,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
