Job Title
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will build, improve, and operate cloud‑native delivery pipelines, container platforms, and automation workflows that ensure reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery. You will own end‑to‑end components, collaborate with engineering and SRE teams, drive best DevOps practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across observability, CI/CD, and platform reliability.
In This Role You’ll / Your Main ResponsibilitiesBuild, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy, supporting high‑velocity, secure software delivery aligned with DevOps and Git workflows.
Operate and optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, implement container best practices using Docker, and automate infrastructure and platform operations.
Improve observability (metrics, logs, traces), define Service Level Objectives (SLOs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborate on incident response, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
Integrate DevSecOps controls (static/dynamic security checks, dependency scans, secret management) and ensure compliance, cost optimization, and lifecycle reliability.
Contribute to component design and architecture, drive process improvements, facilitate cross‑team collaboration, mentor junior engineers, and support Agile/ITSM practices.
10+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering with strong hands‑on expertise in Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Groovy, CI/CD patterns, and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
Proficient in cloud‑native environments (Microsoft Azure preferred), Docker, Bash scripting, and automation‑first engineering practices; Python knowledge is a plus.
Experience supporting production systems, on‑call reliability, observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry), and progressive delivery strategies (blue‑green, canary).
Familiarity with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Kustomize and GitOps tools like Argo CD or Flux.
Strong communication, ownership mindset, and ability to mentor others, influence design decisions, and foster a collaborative DevOps culture.
