We’re looking for a Senior Developer with strong US healthcare RCM experience to design and build the core billing and revenue workflows of our platform. This role is for someone who understands not just code, but how real-world US healthcare revenue actually flows — from charge entry to cash in bank.
You’ll work on systems that directly impact customer revenue, compliance, and trust. Along with feature development, this role involves taking ownership of mission-critical RCM workflows that power real healthcare operations.
What you’ll do
Design and build core RCM modules: eligibility, charge capture, claims, scrubbing, submissions, ERAs, payment posting, adjustments, and AR
Translate complex billing and payer rules into scalable, maintainable system logic
Own end-to-end feature development including technical design, implementation, performance, and reliability
Work closely with Product and QA to ensure workflows match real-world RCM operations
Handle edge cases in claims, denials, reversals, secondary billing, and payer-specific behavior
Write clean, testable, well-structured code with strong attention to data integrity and auditability
Participate in architecture discussions and help evolve the RCM platform for scale and multi-tenant SaaS environments
Mentor junior developers and raise engineering standards across the team
What we’re looking for
6+ years of software development experience, with 3–4+ years in US healthcare RCM systems
Strong understanding of the full claims lifecycle, payer edits, denials, and AR workflows
Hands-on knowledge of CPT, ICD, modifiers, ERAs/EOBs, adjustments, and write-offs
Experience working with clearinghouses and EDI formats (837, 835, 999, 277)
Experience building or maintaining billing and claims workflows in a healthcare SaaS product
Extensive hands-on development experience in .NET (C#) with ASP.NET MVC applications
Strong database expertise in SQL Server, including complex queries, data modelling, performance optimization, and maintaining high data integrity in transactional systems
Ability to think in end-to-end workflows, not just individual screens
Comfort working with complex business rules and translating them into clean technical designs
Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product, QA, and Support teams

Exposure to PMS/EHR platforms
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
Background in performance optimization for high-volume transaction systems
Exposure to healthcare compliance or audit-related requirements
