What You’ll Do?
As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and building high-performing, user-friendly applications on our next-generation platform. You’ll collaborate across disciplines in an Agile and DevOps-driven environment to deliver impactful solutions that delight our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow developers to translate business needs into scalable software solutions
- Designing and implementing new features using modern architectural patterns like microservices and microfrontends
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with persistence and creativity
- Contributing to sprint planning and proactively removing blockers to meet delivery goals
- Mentoring team members on best practices, new technologies, and architectural decisions
- Driving continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team collaboration
- Championing clean code, usability, and performance in every solution you build
What You Bring?
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality software.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in web application development
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred; Angular or Vue also considered)
- Strong skills in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Experience with CSS layout and preprocessors (e.g., Sass or Less)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and continuous learning
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with JavaScript bundlers (Webpack, Babel)
- Exposure to telemetry, monitoring, and observability tools
- Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., MUI)
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright)
- Understanding of microfrontend frameworks (e.g., Piral)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Background in developing enterprise or SaaS products
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Additional Requirements:
This role requires a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Public Safety Verification.
