What You’ll Do
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and React
- Lead end-to-end execution of projects — from design to deployment — with hands-on ownership
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver intuitive, high-impact features
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of growth and psychological safety
- Translate abstract ideas into practical, user-facing solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Math
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Experience leading teams and growing from individual contributor to technical manager
- Deep expertise in .NET (C#) and React — you’re comfortable across backend and frontend with a proven track record of delivering projects in .NET and React
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong grasp of software design principles, testing strategies, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A Hands-on approach to problem-solving — balancing speed with scalability
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively

- Experience in mentoring or leading small teams.
- A knack for storytelling through code, docs, or diagrams.
