What does a successful Senior Software Developer do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Software Developer you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of project delivery with specific focus on the development of enhancements and extension to our products.

Reporting to the team lead, this position will be part of the project team of developers, business analysts and quality analysts working under the leadership of a project manager and technical lead.

What does a successful Senior Software Developer do at Fiserv?

As a Senior Software Developer you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of project delivery with specific focus on the development of enhancements and extension to our products.

What You Will Do:

• Perform Software development in accordance with technologies, guidelines and standards prescribed by the company.
• Consult and understand the mobile solutions software development lifecycle.
• Design and develop complete features.
• Review and critique technical specifications and test plans.
• Proactively raise awareness to senor project team members the potential impacts of any code refactoring and make effective recommendations for QA test coverage.
• Strive to fix bugs at the first attempt and seek clarification to resolve any ambiguity in specification or bug descriptions.

What You Will Need To Have:

• 8+ years’ experience NET, MVC, WCF, JQuery, JQuery UI, JavaScript, Knockout, CSS.
• Worked for 2+ years in any one of the UI framework React js/ Angular, Redux saga, Jest, Enzyme, React redux.
• 5+ years’ experience with SQL writing stored procedures, database optimization and design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software development technologies (.NET core, MVC, WCF, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL).
• Experience with Microservices and cloud technologies
• Experience with .Net Core, REST APIs, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledgeable in Event Driven Architecture, Agile development methodologies, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with integration and unit test and test driven developments practices.

What Would Be Great To Have:

• Experience in banking and financial service domain.
• Bachelor’s degree accreditation
• Strong integration design and development experience
