What You Will Do

As a Senior Developer, you will be a key contributor within our self-organizing and open-minded team, shaping the future of our long-standing applications that serve a significant global user base. You'll have the opportunity to drive architectural decisions and foster innovation while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities. 

• Contribute to the architecture, design and development of a strong foundation of one of our core platform products 

• Take ownership for key parts of our application’s frontend and backend architecture

• Follow best practices, ensure code coverage, work with CI/CD and meet security compliance requirements

• Take responsibility over feature development, overseeing its development, testing, deployment, operations and maintenance

• Respond to customer issues, troubleshoot and drive to closure in a timely manner

• Build strong relationships within your cross-functional team and facilitate growth and success

• Work in a globally active organisation with distributed teams

• Ability to understand and maintain big and complex applications 

• Strong coding skills, developing high quality reusable code and providing effective code reviews

• Professional skills in communicating in English and working within international teams

• Innovative mind-set and eager to learn and contribute using new technologies

About Your Location

Trimble offers both Home Office and Hybrid working models, depending on your country of residence. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
