We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our technology team. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable and high-performance applications in alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Java frameworks, application architecture, and software development best practices.
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, micro services, and integrations with third-party systems.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance guidelines.
Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and ensure quality deliverables.
Perform system analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
Contribute to architectural discussions and recommend improvements in processes and technology adoption.
Maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum
8+years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.Strong proficiency with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
Solid experience with RESTful services, Micro services architecture, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
Excellent understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
