The Role
What this Job Entails:
- Overall 8+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to Workday Financials Applications
- Ability to work with the client and drive design sessions for various Finance modules and hands on experience configuring FDM structure and business processes.
- Experience in configuring Finance Business processes (BP's) and configuring condition rules for BP's.
- Functional experience in Workday Finance/Accounting, several finance modules like Financial Accounting, Common Financial Management, Customers, Customer Accounts, Banking and Settlement, Business Assets, Projects, Grants, Procurement, Expenses, Supplier Contracts/Accounts, Student and Financial Aid.
- Experience in creating Custom reports by using Calculated Fields.
- Experience in Workday Production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives
- Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions. Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions.
- Studio & EIB integrations must have
- Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
- Good communication skills needed.
- Good to have Workday Certification
